Heartfelt Psychotherapy & Grief Counseling

I am a clinical therapist committed to allowing those I work with the space to feel their most authentic selves; something we don't often feel or know how to do. My work is what one might call "eclectic", showing up right where you are, exploring how to best support you given your unique experiences. I believe our relationship matters and making sure you feel fully accepted as you are is of utmost important to me. I am highly passionate and experienced in the realm of traumatic grief, trauma, navigating difficult emotions (i.e. loneliness and anger), life transitions and relationship issues. Through navigating these challenges, my intent is to help those I work with to feel more connected to themselves.
